Earth & Eats

Earth & Eat is our on-site restaurant, rooted in the belief that food should be fresh, nourishing, and connected to the land it comes from. We serve all meals—crafted with care using farm-grown, organic produce—inspired by a mix of global and local cuisines.

Our 3-acre farm is the heart of our kitchen, where a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs are grown sustainably. We follow a healthy lifestyle philosophy, avoiding processed ingredients and focusing on real, seasonal food.

From hearty breakfasts to wholesome dinners, expect vibrant salads, comforting soups, seasonal mains, and fresh-baked treats. The menu evolves with the seasons, celebrating the best of what nature has to offer—right from our soil to your plate.

Our Farming Techniques

farming techniquefarming technique

We believe in sustainable, chemical-free, and environmentally friendly agriculture. At Sukoon Baag, we follow natural farming practices — using jeevamrit, mulching, crop rotation, companion planting, and native seeds, while avoiding all synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our soil is nurtured with organic compost and natural inputs, allowing the land to regenerate and thrive. This way, we ensure the purity, freshness, and nutritional richness of our food while preserving local biodiversity and soil health for future generations.

Lessons From Farm

At Sukoon Baag, the farm teaches us life’s simplest and deepest lessons. It reminds us to be patient, to trust nature’s timing, and to find peace in stillness. We learn that less is often enough, that wellness begins in the soil, and that nothing in nature is ever wasted. By working with the land—not against it—we discover balance, humility, and the quiet joy of slow, meaningful living.
